South Pacific Air Conditioning is a proud Papua New Guinean owned and operated company with branches in Port Moresby and Lae. We specialise in installing, servicing and maintaining HVAC systems across a broad range of sites throughout Papua New Guinea, including government, commercial, industrial and residential. Rob is the major shareholder and owner of SPAC Ltd. In October 2018 Rob was granted Dual Citizenship of Papua New Guinea. Rob is an Air Conditioning / Refrigeration Mechanic by trade and has been involved in the mechanical services industry (air conditioning / refrigeration) for over 43 years. The Doyle family is currently into its third generation of refrigeration mechanics. Rob’s father is a former business owner in Sydney and Mildura and now Rob’s son Jake is following in his footsteps, working in the industry in Cairns (QLD, Australia). Both of Rob’s younger brothers also work within the air conditioning industry. Rob’s extensive background includes work on chilled water systems, data room support systems and VRF and VRV systems. Rob was instrumental in bringing new inverter technology into PNG. He is also a registered commissioning agent of the Australian Mechanical Contractors Association. He has successfully managed and operated contracting businesses in Australia and Papua New Guinea for over 20 years. Rob is also a member of Australian Institute of Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Heating (AIRAH). Rob’s equipment training includes: Daikin, Fujitsu, Power Pax, Trane, Carrier, Email Air, York, MHI, Midea, Schneider, Innotech, Climventa, Bitzer and numerous smaller branded equipment.
Ivy joined SPAC Ltd in April 2014. Ivy is a member of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants and PNG Certified Practicing Accountants. Ivy has over 15 years of professional experience in the field of administration, accountancy and finance. Ivy contributes to the improvement and success of the company through her significant involvement in the strategic planning, creation of policy, procedures and controls. Ivy consistently meets the company’s goals and financial targets.
