South Pacific Air Conditioning has an onsite training facility at its head office in Port Moresby. All new employees attend induction training to cover their position and all relevant company policies.
The air conditioning and refrigeration industry is fast paced, highly legislated and challenging. Whether you are just starting your career or are a trained technical specialist, South Pacific Air Conditioning provides training courses and practical instruction on the latest technology and best practices.
SPAC Ltd offers on the job training programs for 4 months of the year for students from Don Bosco Technical School, POM Technical College and Badili Vocational College. It provides students with a formidable training ground as they complete a school requirement of practical experience in a corporate environment and prepares them in a corporate life setting.
